At the Daily Refresher, it is all about knowledge and appreciation for classic cocktails and the golden era of spirits and drink in America and around the world.  From Jerry Thomas and his book, The Bartender's Guide to Harry Craddock and The Savoy Cocktail Book to Dale DeGroff and The Craft of the Cocktail, to so many more, the trail blazers of the cocktail renaissance are our source of inspiration.  We aim for the best and are equipped with Rochester's largest spirit portfolio, featuring over 300 expressions of whiskey alone.  Our menu is seasonally appropriate, our venue is equipped with two bars, a food truck, indoor kitchen, patio, deck and we're ready to make you a drink - try the Fighter’s Chance if you’re up for it.
