We honor the golden era of spirits and drink in America and around the world.  From Jerry Thomas and his book, The Bartender's Guide to Harry Craddock and The Savoy Cocktail Book, to Dale DeGroff and The Craft of the Cocktail, and many many more - the trail blazers of the cocktail renaissance are our source of inspiration. We aim for the best and are equipped with Rochester's largest spirit portfolio, featuring over 300 expressions of whiskey alone.
